Maxon is the logical choice for the outsourcing of any health or pension related insurance product. Providing such services since 1955 with “home grown” systems we have the flexibility to meet the administration requirements of any product line you prefer not to keep in-house. Of course any system linkage or data transmission requirements you prefer can also be accommodated including HIPAA standard transactions for claims administration.

NYS DBL

Maxon currently provides comprehensive administration and claims administration services to insurance companies for their insured NYS/DBL books covering over 500 employers and 50,000 employees. These services include policy issuance, billing, collection, commission payment, claims administration, customer service, Workers Compensation Board hearings, and liaison with the NYS Workers’ Compensation Board.

Billing

Maxon’s data systems have the flexibility to produce any kind of premium billing required, from individual bills with multiple reminder notices to list bills by department or location and multiple-coverage bills. We currently provide group life and group health list billing and individual Medicare supplement billing.

Claims Administration

Maxon provides comprehensive claims administration services for all health related product lines including medical, dental, vision, and disability. Insured contracts we have fulfilled include claims administration for group health policy run-offs and claims administration for individual health insurance policies (in fact we paid these manually because the client preferred handwritten worksheets).

Commissions

Maxon provides administration of agent commissions according to any schedule desired. Percentage splits, overrides, and production credits can be accommodated.
