The
Maxon Company provides all services required for the professional management
of employee medical benefit programs. Our expert staff and proprietary
systems have evolved with an industry that has migrated from paper
and pencil to electronic data interchange in just over the 50 years
since employee benefit plans first became a fringe benefit. What we
have not evolved to, however – especially in the area of claims
administration, which is the largest and most visible component of
plan management –
is the almost total reliance on electronic decision-making that seems
to be more and more prevalent in the market today. While we, of course,
employ the latest generation computer technology, we primarily rely on
our expert staff to make management decisions. We do not sacrifice correctness
for efficiency.
