Stop Loss Insurance
Stop Loss Insurance is placed with carriers specializing in such coverage. The full range of aggregate attachment points, specific deductibles, and contract year options are available. Also available, are advance funding, monthly aggregate accounting, COBRA extensions, and conversion options.
Preferred Provider Programs
Maxon has contracted with local, regional, and national provider networks to access substantial discounts on hospital, physician, and ancillary provider charges. Access fees can be based either on monthly capitation or percentage of savings. Patient financial responsibility can be either dollar co-payment or percentage coinsurance.
Pharmacy Benefit Management
Maxon contracts with Pharmacy Benefit Managers who provide retail card and mail order programs. All programs from open formulary to preferred or closed formulary are available.
COBRA/HIPAA Administration
All necessary COBRA administration services are available through and including notifications to qualified beneficiaries, premium billing, coverage tracking, and termination processing.
All services necessary for total HIPAA administration, including maintenance of eligibility history, issuance of certificates of creditable coverage, investigation of prior plan coverage including maintenance of creditable coverage files, and pre-existing conditions investigation in coordination with creditable coverage history.
Section 125 Administration (Flex Plans)
All Flex Plan administration is available including plan documentation, discrimination testing, account management, record keeping, claims administration, and experience calculation.
