Claims Accounts
Maxon will arrange, when desired, to open the client’s claims account at a Maxon-preferred banking institution, or the client can open its claims account at an institution of its own choosing. For accounts with a great degree of activity, Maxon can also a provide monthly reconciliation.
Claim Checks
Maxon will produce claim checks according to its standard specifications. Checks can include the client’s logo, if desired.
Enrollment Materials
Maxon designs and produces enrollment materials and will provide assistance at enrollment meetings, and/or provide an online enrollment facility.
ID Cards
Maxon designs and produces Identification Cards, and maintains an on-line employee file for updates.
